WATCH: The kid who threw down this vicious dunk doesn't even play basketball
He probably should start
Young athletes apparently have a game that they play when they have some free time in the gym.
Two people will line up on opposite ends of the basketball court -- one with a basketball -- and at the same time they'll run towards the hoop at full speed.
The athlete with the ball will then try his best to dunk on the athlete without the ball. I'm assuming they switch roles afterwards, or else who would sign up to be the person getting dunked on?
And of course, since these people are under the age of 30, everyone in attendance has his or her phone out to record the ensuing carnage.
It's not just basketball players who participate in this game either, as Jordyn Adams of Blythewood, South Carolina recently displayed.
Adams is a three-star football recruit according to 247Sports, and according to his own Twitter account he's the No. 1 baseball player in the state for the class of 2018.
His football highlights are pretty legit, but his best highlight of this school year was definitely his lunchtime dunk over someone who probably isn't his friend anymore.

One thing's for sure: the Blythewood basketball coach is doing absolutely everything he can to get Adams to suit up this season.
