Video: Lexi Thompson needs a date to prom

A year ago, the big trend on the Internet was for servicemen and and women to ask out celebrities on YouTube for their respective service galas and balls. It happened to Justin Timberlake. Mila Kunis got an offer. And the whole thing seemed like a cool idea and the celebs seemed to enjoy it.

If 2011 was their year to pop the question, 2012 might be the year for them to be asked, that is, if you're a youngster that enjoys the LPGA.

Lexi Thompson, the 2011 Navistar Classic winner, posted a video looking for a prom date, asking any young man in the service between the ages of 18-20 to go on her Facebook page and tell her why you're the man for the limo ride.

Lexi's sponsors are paying for the winner to fly to Coral Springs, Fla. on May 18 for the date with the golfer. Good luck, and don't forget the corsage.
