The 2015 British Open is struggling. Play was suspended in the second round late Friday after rain poured on the Old Course which delayed the entire day. When they tried to restart early Saturday morning, the wind did not cooperate.
As a result, the Open will have a Monday finish. This was announced by the R&A in a series of tweets Saturday. They noted that the second round would be wrapped up Saturday, Round 3 played Sunday and the final round completed Monday.
Update: The intention is to complete the second round today with R3 to be played on Sunday and the final round to be played on Monday.
