2017 Masters odds: Tiger Woods drops to 20-1 after Hero World Challenge
Only five golfers have better odds than Tiger Woods to win the 2017 Masters at Augusta
Just last week, Tiger Woods had 40-1 odds to win the Masters, according to Westgate Superbook in Las Vegas. In August, he was a 60-1 favorite. Now, after his showing at the 2016 Hero World Challenge, he has dropped all the way to 20-1 to win the event. Only five players are ahead of him.
Woods shot a 4-under 284 score to finish 15th (out of 17) at the Hero World Challenge, but he actually looked tremendous throughout the week. The Masters is still five months away, and there is plenty of time for Woods to knock the rust off, which is why these 20-1 odds should not be all that surprising.
Heck, Woods played in the third-to-last group at the 2015 Masters after a two-month break following his chipping struggles at the Phoenix Open in February. What could he do with five months of real prep? Woods' career Masters record is impeccable, too.

After last week in the Bahamas, I would not be surprised at all to see Woods contend at Augusta. Here are the rest of the current odds.
