LOOK: Eight years after Ryder Cup dominance, Anthony Kim seen at golf course
Kim is back playing golf -- kind of, but not really
Anthony Kim has not been around much since an interview with the Associated Press last year in which he referred to golf as a "fond memory," seemingly putting it in the past.
"I've been watching more and more. I miss the competition a little bit. Watching these young guys like Jordan Spieth is bringing me back to watch," he said.
The first time I came across him recently, it was in a photo with my buddy Brian Mann here in Dallas earlier this year. This was Kim at a pet store.

Now we have some evidence that he actually still plays golf (maybe). On Tuesday, former basketball player and coach Nancy Lieberman (of all people) tweeted out these photos of her and Kim at a charity golf event called the NLC Celebrity Golf Classic in Dallas. Other celebrities at the event included Torii Hunter, Tony Dorsett, Seth Curry and Jason Terry.
On the near-anniversary of Kim's dominance at the 2008 Ryder Cup, I couldn't help but be a little bit nostalgic that Kim might never play on the PGA Tour again.

Kim, who won three times on the PGA Tour, has not played since 2012. His career earnings are $12.2 million.
