While the WGC-HSBC Champions event finished up in Shanghai, China, in the wee hours of the morning here in the States on Sunday, there is another PGA Tour event happening.

The Sanderson Farms Championship at the Country Club of Jackson in Mississippi is a split field event for those that didn't qualify for the WGC field. Among those in the field is Steven Alker, who teed off on the 212-yard, par-3 10th on Sunday and carded a hole-in-one on his very first swing of the day.

You can't ask for a better start to a day than an ace. That's the good news. I guess if there's bad news it's that the round can only go downhill from there.
