Justin Verlander was NOT wearing a 'Property of Pablo Sandoval' T-shirt

Oh, interent meme, we don't care if you're real, just so you're funny, right?

The picture on the left made the rounds Friday and plenty of people were just sure it was real. If so, it'd be great. It'd be cool to see Tigers ace Justin Verlander having a sense of humor about his Game 1 start. Of course, if anyone looked more closely, they'd notice the picture wasn't taken at either AT&T Park or Comerica Park (it's actually U.S. Cellular Field in Chicago). And there's someone in shorts behind him -- and it hasn't exactly been shorts weather in San Francisco or Detroit this week. On the right is the real picture -- tweeted by Verlander himself on Sept. 11.

But it would've been great, and some people liked it enough to believe, despite obvious evidence.
