As you may have heard, the subject of gay and lesbian athletes is once again in the news, thanks largely to the comments made by 49ers cornerback Chris Culliver.
Anyhow, retired ballplayer (and deserving Hall of Fame candidate) Curt Schilling, who's famously promiscuous with his opinions, has cannonballed into the fray. Here are his back-to-back Friday Tweets on the subject at hand.

The larger point, which is a good one, is that athletes should be worried about results on the field and not how teammates choose to conduct their private lives.
