Matsuzaka has a 2.22 ERA over those four starts and again looks like the pitcher selected among the top 20 starters on Draft Day, not the one who labored through WBC fatigue earlier in the season. His finale numbers won't look impressive, which will make him a bargain on Draft Day 2010. He still offers plenty of potential for strikeouts and wins.
