Orioles starting pitcher Chris Tillman held Detroit to three runs in five-plus innings, leading Baltimore to a 13-3 win Wednesday. Tillman (8-2) allowed seven hits and three walks, while striking out one.

Tillman has won four straight starts and five straight decisions. He hasn't lost in six starts and the Orioles have scored at least nine runs in four of Tillman's last six starts.

The right-hander will aim for his ninth win Monday against the Indians. He's 1-1 with a 5.27 ERA and 1.46 WHIP in three career starts against Cleveland.

The Baltimore starter, who has probably been the most consistent for manager Buck Showalter this year, allowed three runs -- two earned -- on just four hits and a walk over six innings. He threw 109 pitches and surrendered a solo homer to Ben Zobrist.

Tillman, who struck out five, has won back-to-back starts and his last three decisions. Pitching well, his next scheduled start comes Friday against Boston.
