Cardinals outfielder Matt Holliday passed another round of concussion tests and returned to the lineup Sunday night against the Dodgers.

Holliday, who left the game Saturday after a collision with Hanley Ramirez, reached base only once and struck out twice. He finished 0 for 2 with a walk in a 3-2 defeat. He is hitting .268 with seven homers and 50 RBI in 347 at-bats.

Cardinals outfielder Matt Holliday met with a team physician during the game and was ruled out of a possible concussion, the team announced. He is listed as day to day moving forward.

Holliday left Saturday's game with a injury related to a collision at second base with Hanley Ramirez opening frame. He stayed in the game until the fourth inning and was replaced by Peter Bourjos in the fifth. He owns a .270/.374/.403 slash line with seven homers and 50 RBI in 345 at-bats.

Cardinals outfielder Matt Holliday was forced out of Saturday's game against the Dodgers with a injury related to a collision at second base with Hanley Ramirez opening frame, the team announced.

Holliday stayed in the game until the fourth inning. He was replaced by Peter Bourjos in the fifth. At this point, the team has not given any specific information on Holliday's injury, leaving his status for Sunday's series finale against Los Angeles up in the air.

Holliday started things off with an RBI double in the first inning. In the bottom of the fifth, Holliday belted an 88 mph fastball from Dan Haren out to center for a two-run shot. He finished 2 for 4, with one run scored and three RBI.

Cardinals outfielder Matt Holliday hit a go-ahead home run Friday against the Brewers. 

In the ninth inning, Holliday crushed a first-pitch changeup from Francisco Rodriguez out to left for the go-ahead blast. The Brewers were unable to score in the bottom of the inning, making Holliday the hero. He finished 3 for 4, with three runs scored and one RBI.
