Rockies starting pitcher Jorge De La Rosa scattered six hits and two walks in 5 1/3 innings of a 4-1 win over the Diamondbacks Wednesday. The run came in the fourth inning on a two-out double by Will Nieves. He struck out five.

De La Rosa (6-3) has won four in a row and has a 3.40 ERA in 10 starts, while averaging a little more than 5.5 innings per start. His next start is Tuesday against the Astros. 

Rockies pitcher Jorge De La Rosa, who flirted with a no-hitter his last time out, endured a rough outing but escaped with his fifth win of the season Friday night against the Giants.

De La Rosa (5-3) gave up four runs through the first two innings, but his offense saved him from his fourth loss of the season. He was charged with five runs and nine hits over five innings of work. He struck out one and walked one in a 10-9 victory.

De La Rosa had pitched two scoreless outings before Friday's start. He watched his ERA rise from 2.98 to 3.58 after his performance Friday. He is scheduled to make his next start Wednesday at home against Arizona. He is 1-1 with a 1.50 ERA in two starts against the Diamondbacks this season.

Rockies pitcher Jorge De La Rosa (4-3) took a no-hitter into the seventh inning of his second-straight win, an 8-2 victory over St. Louis Sunday. He set down the first two batters he faced in the seventh before yielding a single to David Freese.

De La Rosa allowed another hit before finishing the scoreless inning and completing seven innings for the first time in eight starts. The left-hander struck out seven -- matching a season high -- and walked three.

De La Rosa's next scheduled start is Friday against San Francisco. He has yet to allow a run over 12 innings at Coors Field this season.
