| Arizona lets go of Crosby: The Diamondbacks recalled infielder Ryan Roberts from Triple-A Reno on Tuesday. Arizona released shortstop Bobby Crosby in a corresponding move. Crosby had recently come to Arizona from Pittsburgh. In nine games and two starts with the Diamondbacks, Crosby had gone 2 for 12 (.167) with two RBI and five strikeouts. (Updated 08/24/2010) |

| Crosby was abysmal with the baseball bat in his hands this season for the Pirates and Diamondbacks. He combined to hit .220 over 70 appearances and 168 at-bats. That comes with one home run and 13 RBI and he didn't steal any bases. Crosby is 30 years old and his best seasons seem to be behind him. He has no real Fantasy value remaining.
