Yankees' Cashman on Stephen Drew: He's here to stay
by Sean d'Oliveira | CBSSports.com

Despite Yankees second baseman Stephen Drew batting .177 on the season, Yankees general manager Brian Cashman said he does not plan to find a replacement, reports ESPN.com.

"I think Drew's been fine," Cashman said. "Right now, I'm not looking at anyone being an alternative at second base to Drew."

While Drew is only batting .177, he does have four home runs and 10 RBI in 62 at-bats. Cashman said potential replacements Rob Refsnyder and Jose Pirela have struggled while playing in the minor leagues.
