Video: Dwight Howard working out, as a Laker

Dwight Howard has begun on-court workouts in his journey back to the floor after spinal surgery last season. A lot happened between then and now, one of which being he's a Los Angeles Laker.

And now, a first glimpse at what that actually looks like.

The video is a really simple a minute of Howard working on some post moves against Laker assistant Darvin Ham and a few other things, but it's kind of surreal to see him wearing the purple and gold.
