Dante Exum isn't buying that Ben Simmons gained 30-plus pounds
Unless he ate a human person whole, there's no way the rookie added that much weight

On Monday at Sixers media day, Ben Simmons got into the "Muscle Watch" spirit, claiming he had gained roughly 33 pounds, all of it muscle presumably, since being drafted. He was at 217 then, and says he's now near 250. That would likely take someone more than three months. Most estimates say you can only gain about a pound of muscle per week. But hey, it's an estimate from a 20-year-old.
However, some folks aren't buying it. Like Simmons' fellow Australian NBA guard Dante Exum.
Dante Exum today on Ben Simmons saying he put on 30-plus lbs. this summer:

"35 lbs? C'mon, Ben. C'mon, Ben..."#MUSCLEWATCH
I think Exum speaks for everyone when he says that.
C'mon, Ben.
C'mon.
