With the NBA Finals set to kick off between the Golden State Warriors and the Cleveland Cavaliers on June 4, both teams are going to be tasked with stopping one another's superstar. If you can cut off the head of the superstar-led opponent, then you can gain the advantage in this series and walk away with the title, in theory. That's much easier said than done considering you have the best player in the world in LeBron James and the reigning MVP in Stephen Curry.

So what can you do to at least slow either of them down? If you ask LeBron James, the answer is pretty simply: Nothing.

Via Dave McMenamin of ESPN.com:

That's some pretty high praise for both players. It's hard to say LeBron's wrong, though. During the playoffs, LeBron's 3-point shot has been pretty abysmal, but everything else has been working for him. In 14 playoff games so far, James is shooting just 42.8 percent from the field and 17.6 percent from 3-point range. However, he's still averaging 27.6 points, 10.4 rebounds and 8.3 assists while getting to the free throw line 7.1 times (76 percent).

Curry has arguably been even better in his postseason run through the Western Conference. He's averaging 29.4 points on 46.1 percent from the field and 43.7 percent from 3-point range while taking 11.1 attempts from distance. He's also giving the Warriors 6.4 assists and 4.9 rebounds. He's led the Warriors to a 12-3 record in the postseason so far. LeBron and the Cavs are 12-2.

Kyrie Irving and Iman Shumpert will probably see most of the time on defense against Curry, although Matthew Dellavedova could also come off the bench to be the defensive pest. Maybe the process of slowing down Curry will be so impossible that LeBron will see defensive possessions on the MVP in tight games. Regardless, we've got two stars that are hard to stop and dominate the game in very different ways. Good luck slowing them down.
