Never doubt LeBron James' influence. The Cleveland Cavaliers star complained about the box score functionality of the NBA's official app on Thursday night, and the next morning, he received a response. Apparently, there will be an update on Friday.
@KingJames Yup, we're on it. Dev team is working on an update today.

Just like you and me, James likes to scroll through NBA box scores on his phone, even in the preseason. Just like you and me, he is sometimes frustrated by apps that don't work properly. Unlike you and me, when he expresses his displeasure about the experience, he gets results. There are definitely perks you'd never think about that come with being one of the best basketball players of all-time.
