With Pablo Priogioni blasting off to join the Rockets, the Clippers quickly found a replacement with Raymond Felton. According to Brad Turner of the Los Angeles Times, the Clippers have agreed to give Felton a veteran's minimum deal, which is worth $1.5 million over one season.

A former lottery pick, Felton will join the sixth team in his eleven-year career. He played for the Dallas Mavericks for the last two seasons, the first of which was injury-plagued. But Felton played well last season and averaged 9.5 points (shooting 40.6 percent) and 3.6 assists in 27.4 minutes a game.

Felton provides some bench depth for the Clippers, but with Jamal Crawford and Austin Rivers already running the second unit it's hard to see how large of a role he will have in Los Angeles. He is also a poor 3-point shooter (28.2 percent last season), so the Clippers still don't have a dependable shooter from three off their bench.

But after re-signing Crawford and Rivers, the Clippers didn't have much cap space to pursue any other notable free agents and Felton's veteran experience should fit in well with the rest of the team.
