  • Hill makes his return to the floor: In a surprise move, Lakers forward Jordan Hill was able to play in Game 2 against the Spurs Wednesday. Hill missed the previous three months while recovering from hip surgery, and the team's own website reported that he had not been cleared for full-contact practice as recently as Tuesday. Hill played six minutes off the bench in the game, scoring two points on 1 of 1 shooting, with two rebounds. The Lakers lost the game, 102-91.

    Fantasy Analysis
    It was assumed that this injury would be a season-ending one, but Hill made quick progress since being cleared to run two weeks ago. He will likely just provide some minutes off the end of the bench for the Lakers, who are already down 2-0 in the series and likely heading to elimination. Hill averaged 6.7 points and 5.7 rebounds per game for the Lakers this season, while spending most of his 29 games as a reserve. The Lakers' top two big men both enter the offseason with questions about their future on the team, so there is a chance Hill could have a starting role for the first. If that were to happen, Hill might be a sleeper Fantasy option heading into next season. As things stand, however, he is unlikely to be worth targeting in most Fantasy formats on Draft Day.
