Gene Steratore to referee Browns-Ravens game on Thursday

Referee Gene Steratore and millions of NFL fans likely will be pretty happy on Thursday night. (US Presswire)

As you know, the replacement officials are out and the regular officials are in. No longer can we talk about this guy or these two or all these guys.

But that's OK, because the NFL has announced the officials' assignments for Thursday night's Ravens-Browns game. They are, as follows:

Referee: Gene Steratore

Umpire: Bill Schuster

Head linesman: Wayne Mackie

Line judge: Jeff Seeman

Field judge: Bob Waggoner

Side jude: Jimmy De Bell

Back judge: Greg Steed

Most of those names probably don't mean anything to you, but don't they give you a sense of comfort all the same?
