WATCH: 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh throws a tantrum

When a falling Harry Douglas somehow caught a third-and-2 pass Sunday from Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan in the fourth quarter, the 49ers sidelined immediately waved their arms across their bodies, telling the officials it was incomplete.

When San Francisco coach Jim Harbaugh threw a challenge flag, it seemed probable the call would be overturned.

After all, as Douglas tried to corral the ball, it clearly hit the turf and moved. Of course, in these days when nobody seems to know what constitutes a reception (including, often, the officials), nothing should surprise.

But that doesn't mean we can't get mad about the perceived injustice of it all. And by “we,” I mean Harbaugh. Take a look (via B/R):
