Just about two days before the Buccaneers open up their home schedule, tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins was reportedly arrested for DUI.

The Tampa Bay Times reported Friday morning that Seferian-Jenkins was pulled over at 6 a.m. ET by the Florida Highway Patrol and charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence.

The details of the arrest are not positive for Seferian-Jenkins, who apparently cut off a trooper while driving more than 20 miles over the speed limit.

According to the FHP, Seferian-Jenkins was driving at 75-80 mph in a 55 mph zone as he entered southbound I-275 near State Road 60. He made an improper lane change, cutting off an FHP trooper and "weaving back and forth."

Making matters worse for Seferian-Jenkins is the additional charge of "violating a court-ordered Ignition Interlock Device restriction" -- the tight end was arrested for DUI in 2013 while with the Washington Huskies.

Seferian-Jenkins, according an arrest report obtained by the Times, had "glassy eyes" and smelled of booze.

The arrest report states that Seferian-Jenkins was observed to have glassy eyes and the smell of alcohol and was "agitated," with slurred speech and leaning on objects for balance. He "performed poorly" on field sobriety tests and declined to provide a breath sample to measure his blood-alcohol level.

Jenna Laine of ESPN obtained a photo from the Florida Highway Patrol of Seferian-Jenkins being booked.

The tight end situation is a tough one for the Buccaneers now, assuming Seferian-Jenkins won't play. Cameron Brate is available, but Luke Stocker hasn't practiced all week, limiting the number of weapons available to Jameis Winston ahead of their Week 3 matchup against the Rams.
