In the wake of the tragic death of Marlins pitcher Jose Fernandez, the Miami Dolphins will hold a moment of silence before Sunday's game against the Browns, according to ESPN.

Fernandez and two others were killed in an early morning boating accident off the coast of Miami Beach. According to CBS Miami, a boat crew from Coast Guard Station Miami found an overturned 33-foot vessel with three victims on board.

Fernandez, who left Cuba as a teenager and won the 2013 Rookie of the Year award, was 24 years old. The Marlins canceled Sunday's game against the Braves.
