Johnny Manziel is making it pretty clear he doesn't want to play in the NFL next year. He is already as good as gone from the Cleveland Browns but you'd think, considering his struggles off the field, he'd be busy leaking Instagram photos of him volunteering at a children's hospital and trying to convince teams he's changed his life.

Not even remotely close. Manziel is no longer a suspect in an investigation, but only because the Dallas Police Department turned his case over to a grand jury.

Shortly after the case was referred, Manziel was spotted partying in Miami. Now it's another week, another video of Manziel partying, this time in Los Angeles.

TMZ (duh) found video of Manziel leaving The Nice Guy, a popular Los Angeles club and positing he is heading in the direction of the UFC fight in Las Vegas this weekend.

You can watch the full video there, but spoiler: it's not exciting. Manziel leaves a club, gets in a car and drives away. Oh, the horror.

But here's the thing. Manziel being at a club in the first place -- when his personal and professional life are kind of clinging to a thread -- is just crazy.

His agent dropped him recently, there are only a few people left who expect him to not to crash and burn badly and there's almost no chance a team signs him for 2016.

If everything goes poorly for him in the alleged assault case involving his ex-girlfriend Colleen Crowley, he could face a year in jail.
