The Cardinals would love to have defensive lineman Darnell Dockett retire in Arizona, but if the two sides can't come to an agreement on a restructured contract (he's set to make $9.5 million in 2015), it's good to know Dockett has a fallback plan: motivational speaker.
Here's an Instagram video Dockett posted this week showing him talking to a youth football team about of getting a girlfriend, staying away from drugs and steering clear of strip clubs ... for now.
