Ndamukong Suh won't be fined for apparent kick of Ben Roethlisberger
Suh has a history of skirting the line of dirty play but won't draw a fine this time
The Pittsburgh Steelers filed a formal complaint with the NFL earlier this week, alleging that Dolphins defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh -- who has a history of dirty play going back several years -- intentionally kicked their quarterback, Ben Roethlisberger.
The NFL has reviewed the evidence, and per CBS Sports NFL Insider Jason La Canfora, has decided against fining Suh for the incident.

There's no question that Suh kicked Roethlisberger. It's plainly obvious in the video. The question, as it always seems to be with Suh, is whether he did it intentionally. The NFL obviously does not feel that was the case here.
