Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers was named the 2013 NFL Comeback Player of the Year during Saturday's NFL Honors award ceremony.
Rivers endured a rough 2012 season, throwing for 3,606 yards, with 26 touchdowns and 15 interceptions. He bounced back in 2013 by cracking the 4,000-yard mark for the fifth time in his past six season. He completed 378 of 544 passes (69.5 percent) for 4,478 yards, with 32 touchdowns and 11 interceptions.
