Report: Former Seahawks QB arrested after allegedly pulling a gun on his wife
Jackson, a free agent, was reportedly arrested Friday morning

Former Seahawks and Vikings quarterback Tarvaris Jackson is reportedly facing accusations of pulling a gun on his wife. After the alleged incident, he was arrested Friday morning in Orlando, Florida.
That's all according to WESH 2 News, which first reported the news of Jackson's arrest.
As WESH's Chris Hush reported in a series of tweets, Jackson was intoxicated and allegedly told his wife, "I'll kill you," while pointing the loaded weapon at her. According to the arrest report, someone in the house grabbed Jackson to prevent him from firing the gun. The alleged victim used a kitchen knife and clothing iron for protection, according to Hush, who posted a photo of the arrest report.

Deputies told WESH that Jackson, 33, was visiting family and that children were inside during the incident. According to Hush, those children were sleeping at the time.
Jackson, a free agent, has spent four of the past five seasons in Seattle. From 2006 to 2010, he played quarterback for the Vikings. In May, Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll expressed interested in potentially bringing back Jackson as Russell Wilson's backup.
"Tarvaris has been a fantastic kid for us over the years," Carroll said, via the Seattle Times. "I love Tarvaris and would love to have him back if that's the way we go in time."
