Here's a tradition unlike any other: NFL linebacker A.J. Hawk sizing you up on the golf course and then blasting you into oblivion for well, who knows why.

Here's Hawk, and some poor sap at last week's American Century Celebrity Championship in Nevada:

The only way this gets better if that's Hawk's former teammate Aaron Rodgers in the bubble wrap. (Rodgers was sacked 46 times last season, second only to Blake Bortles.) By the way, this is Hawk's thing. He blew up an unsuspecting fan -- who was without the relative safety of a protective bubble -- at this event in 2014.

Hawk, the Packers former first-round pick, was released by the Bengals in April. With Clay Matthews moving back to the outside, Green Bay still has a need at inside linebacker though it appears the team will look to fill the position with young players already on the roster. Worst case, Hawk, 32, has a future as rules-enforcing caddy.
