WATCH: RG3's flea-flicker toss from end zone into triple coverage is so Browns
Robert Griffin III returns to the lineup ... and the Browns are still terrible
Good news: After missing more than three months, Robert Griffin III returned to the starting lineup for the Browns.
Bad news: Pretty much everything else.
The Browns haven't won a game since December 2015, back when Johnny Manziel was playing professional football, and even by sad-sack Browns' standards, this group is a laughingstock. The hope is that Hue Jackson and a revamped front office can fix this mess, but it's going to be a multiyear process.
Which brings us back to RG3, the former Redskins' first-round pick who was signed by the Browns in the offseason. And here he is midway through the second quarter of Sunday's game in Cleveland, with the Browns trailing 13-0 (it might as well be 130-0). Facing first and 10 from their own 2-yard-line, the play call? Flea flicker, of course.
Naturally, the play ends with Griffin throwing into triple-coverage.
Cleveland attempts the FLEA-FLICKER from their own end zone...

It did not turn out well. #Picked#CINvsCLEhttps://t.co/LFtVqzJyMv
This pretty much says it all:
RG3's pick into triple coverage on a flea-flicker from his own end zone should be the first play on NFL Films' Browns Year in Review.
