Rob Gronkowski is coming to Instagram, at least according to Rob Gronkowski's new Instagram account, titled "Gronk," which he launched on Tuesday. His first-ever post? A 60-second video that frantically jumps from scene to scene like Gronk is trying to jam as much Gronk-content into a tiny timeframe because he knows how much we miss seeing Gronk every Sunday, which is exactly what he's doing, by the way.

And it works! The 60-second video involves pretty much everything, including:

  • Playing on a slide

  • Taking a jet to Miami

  • "I'm freezing my nuts off" (said by someone who isn't Gronk)

  • "It's time to get to Miaaaaammiiiiii" (said by Gronk)

  • Working out

  • Teaching a mini-Gronk how to spike a football

  • More working out, this time in a pool

  • Spa day

  • A massage

  • A haircut

  • Dancing in a club

  • Boxing in the shower

That's a lot to digest. My advice is to cherish these 60 seconds, because it's likely the most we'll see of Gronk until offseason activities begin.

So, without further ado, here's Gronk doing pretty much everything in a 60-second span.

Thanks to Gronk, surviving this offseason seems possible. Thanks to Gronk, Instagram's 60-second video policy is the coolest new policy of 2016 -- even cooler than all of the NFL's recent rule changes. Thanks to Gronk, shouting "Miami" like "Miaaaaammiiiiii!" is one step closer to being cool again.
