For the first time since November, Le'Veon Bell is back up and running again, which is obviously a good sign considering Bell's job as the Steelers' running back is to, you know, run with the football. But Bell's job was cut short on Nov. 1 when he suffered an MCL injury that required a cart to transport him back to the locker room. He missed the remainder of the season.

On Tuesday, Bell posted a video to his Twitter account that showed him running on a treadmill. That video was accompanied by a caption that read, "clear to run now...March 1st a big day!"

Prior to the injury, Bell was averaging a career-high 4.9 yards per carry in six games. Bell's stellar start came after a 1,361-yard and eight-touchdown season in 2014. And, in 2013, Bell still managed to score eight touchdowns despite being limited to 3.5 yards per carry.

So, yeah, March 1 was a big day for both Bell and the Steelers. Throw in the fact that DeAngelo Williams, who capably filled in for Bell last year, will return to the team, and the Steelers' offense seems poised for yet another big season.
