Ezekiel Turner: Gets let go
Turner was released by the 49ers on Wednesday, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.

The Washington product has primarily been a special teams contributor during that time. In a corresponding move, the 49ers signed defensive tackle Nick Williams, because Kalia Davis is expected to undergo knee surgery.

Turner recorded 10 tackles (four solo) in a Week 4 loss to San Francisco on Sunday. He added two yards on one carry on offense.
With Josh Woods (ankle) missing a third straight game, Turner stepped into a starting role, logging a season-high 69 percent of Arizona's defensive snaps.
