The Broncos terminated Smith's practice-squad contract Tuesday, Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com reports.
Denver signed Smith to its practice squad Dec. 19, but the organization decided to part ways with him just one week later. Smith is an undrafted rookie who has also spent time with the Dolphins' and the Commanders' practice squads this season.
