Bills' Christian Benford: Posts three stops in Week 17 loss
Benford recorded three solo tackles and two pass defenses during the Bills' 13-12 loss to the Eagles on Sunday.
All three of Benford's tackles came in the first half, and his two pass defenses were a season high. The fourth-year corner is up to 43 tackles (32 solo), including 2.0 sacks, four pass defenses (one interception and a pick-six) and two fumble recoveries (including one for a touchdown) through 14 regular-season games.

Benford was unable to suit up for Buffalo's win over New England in Week 15. He didn't practice last Friday, so getting in at least limited on-field reps to begin Week 16 is a tangible step in the right direction. Benford will have two more chances to upgrade to full practice reps ahead of Sunday's game against Cleveland.

Benford popped up on the injury report with a toe issue Thursday and finished the week as a non-participant at practice Friday. Per Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network, the injury isn't considered long term, but the Bills determined that Benford would have limited movement Sunday if he had suited up. Benford made the the play of the game for the Billls midway through the fourth quarter, when he picked off a short pass from Joe Burrow and took it to the house for a 63-yard pick-six. Bills' Christian Benford: Scores first NFL touchdown in win
Benford recorded two tackles (one solo), an interception and a fumble recovery for a touchdown during Sunday's 26-7 win at Pittsburgh.
On the first play from scrimmage in the second half, Benford came into the backfield on a corner blitz, putting him in position to scoop up an Aaron Rodgers fumble at the Steelers' 17-yard line and dash into the end zone. He had a relatively slow start to the year, but things appear to be picking up for him with a Week 14 tilt versus the Bengals around the corner.
