| Tynes perfect in Super Bowl: Giants K Lawrence Tynes converted both field-goal attempts and his lone extra point during New York's 21-17 victory over New England in Super Bowl XLVI on Sunday night. | It appeared Tynes was primed to attempt a potential game-winning field goal late in the fourth quarter before RB Ahmad Bradshaw capped the scoring with his 6-yard touchdown run. Tynes was perfect in his past two games (4 for 4) after missing one field goal in each of his first two outings this postseason. The 33-year-old still has his struggles from long range and should be considered a No. 2 Fantasy K in drafts for next season. (Updated 02/05/2012). |
