Cardinals' Michael Floyd leads team in receiving yards vs. Rams
by R.J. White | CBSSports.com

Cardinals wide receiver Michael Floyd caught two of his three targets for a team-high 55 yards in his team's 12-6 win over the Rams in Week 15.

Floyd kicked off the team's second scoring drive by hauling in a 49-yard pass, beating his man deep and catching a perfectly placed ball before being brought down. He didn't have much more of an impact on the game, but the Cardinals resorted to ball control and excellent defense to pick up the win.

Larry Fitzgerald was the only Arizona player with more than two receptions, catching seven passes for 30 yards. Rookie John Brown caught two of his six targets for 22 yards. Tight end John Carlson and wide receiver Ted Ginn each caught their only target.

The Cardinals have a tough matchup on the schedule next week, facing the Seahawks at home in Week 16.

Cardinals pass catchers make an impact Week 13
by Chris Cwik | CBSSports.com

The Cardinals backup pass catchers managed to make an impact Week 13 against the Falcons.

Ted Ginn Jr. led the way, picking up 61 yards on four receptions. He finished second on the team in yardage during the game. John Brown only had two catches, but managed to pick up 40 yards. John Carlson also made the most of his receptions, picking up 38 yards. Stepfan Taylor only had one catch, but made it count. He hauled in a 3 yard touchdown from Drew Stanton in the fourth quarter.

They'll look for more Week 14 against the Chiefs.

Cardinals WR John Brown paces tepid receiving attack in Week 12
by R.J. White | CBSSports.com

Cardinals wide receiver John Brown caught three of his five targets for a team-high 61 yards in Arizona's 19-3 loss in Seattle in Week 12.

Brown's reception late in the third quarter was a thing of beauty, shaking off his coverage while djusting to an underthrown ball and barely keeping his toes in bounds while falling to the sideline. The play stood after being challenged by the Seahawks. Unfortunately, it was one of precious few highlights for the passing game against a stout Seattle defense.

Michael Floyd was held catchless on just two offical targets, and only four players on the Cardinals offense were able to haul in at least one reception. Running back Andre Ellington managed a team-high five catches, while tight end John Carlson caught three passes for 25 yards and wide receiver Jaron Brown hauled in three passes for 24 yards. Larry Fitzgerald was inactive with a sprained knee ligament.

The Cardinals offense will hope to bounce back with a likely easier matchup in Atlanta in Week 13.
