Chris Hogan leads Bills supporting receivers in Week 7
by R.J. White |

Bills wide receiver Chris Hogan caught five of his six targets for 63 yards in his team's 17-16 win over the Vikings in Week 7.

Hogan's big highlight came on the team's final drive, when he hauled in a 28-yard pass with less than 30 seconds left in the game to put the Bills on the two-yard line with a chance to take the lead, which they did with just one second left on the clock. It was Hogan's second game with five receptions and six targets, and he was second on the team in receiving yards to rookie Sammy Watkins in Week 7.

Tight end Scott Chandler chipped in three receptions on six targets for 36 yards after posting his first 100-yard performance of the season in the team's previous game. Tight end Chris Gragg caught both of his targets for 19 yards. No. 2 wide receiver Robert Woods managed only 10 receiving yards while catching four of his five targets in the win.

Don't count on more from Scott Chandler
by Scott White | Senior Fantasy Writer

Tight end Scott Chandler was a monster for the Bills against the Patriots in Week 6, catching six passes for a career-high 105 yards. So is he the latest find at a position that seems to have one every week?

I'm not betting on it. The 29-year-old has a history of inconsistency, and I don't see that changing with this performance. Coach Doug Marrone already said that the increased production was part of the game plan against the Patriots, and when the Bills went heavier on the pass in a failed comeback attempt in the second half, Chandler once again faded into the background. He got four of his six catches in the first half, when the Bills still had the luxury of following their game plan.

The Bills did recently make a change at quarterback, so maybe if Kyle Orton shows a preference for Chandler in the weeks to come, I can buy into him being a Fantasy-relevant tight end. But he had only four catches for 21 yards in Orton's first start in Week 5, so I'm not counting on him for much Week 7 against Minnesota.

Bills' Scott Chandler records first career 100-yard game
by Michael Hurcomb |

Bills tight end Scott Chandler recorded his first career 100-yard performance during Sunday's 37-22 loss Week 6 vs. New England. Chandler, who was targeted nine times, recorded a team-high 105 yards on six catches.

Chandler's previous career best was 79 yards during a 27-20 loss to the Jets last season. His longest catch Sunday went 28 yards. Bills coach Doug Marrone said after the loss the team intended to get the tight ends heavily involved in the game plan Week 6.

The Bills are back in action Week 7 vs. Minnesota.

Scott Chandler breaks out with 74-yard game
by Chris Towers |

Bills tight end Scott Chandler broke out with his best game yet in a 22-10 loss to the Chargers in Week 3.

Chandler was targeted just five times in the game, but made the most of his workload by hauling in all five passes. He finished the game second on the team with 74 yards, a season-best performance.

Chandler had just two receptions for 27 yards entering play Sunday, but has caught all seven passes thrown his way now. The Bills take on the Texans in Week 4.

Scott Chandler brings in two passes
by Chris Towers |

Bills tight end Scott Chandler made little impact in a 29-10 win over the Dolphins in Week 2.

Chandler was targeted just twice in the game, but was able to haul in both passes for 27 yards, including a long reception of 22 yards.

Chandler had no catches in Week 1, so this was at least an improvement. He will look for more success when the Bills take on the Chargers in Week 3.
