| Nugent kicked to injured reserve: The Bengals placed kicker Mike Nugent on season-ending injured reserve Friday with a lingering calf issue. Nugent was not able to practice throughout the past week and missed the previous two games with the injury. Josh Brown will continue to handle kicking duties for Cincinnati. (Updated 12/28/12) |

Nugent was due to become an unrestricted free agent Tuesday, and the report states that the team will make an announcement of the signing Monday. |
