| Delmas working on his own: Lions safety Louis Delmas is rehabbing away from the team in an effort to be as healthy as he can for the start of the season. He missed eight games last year because of knee surgery and five games in 2011 because of another knee surgery. "We’re in communication with Lou," Lions coach Jim Schwartz said. "He’s not here right now going through this stuff, but there’s nothing that he can get out of this because he can’t physically do the stuff that we’re doing right now." (Updated 5/23/13) |
