After the practice, coach Marvin Lewis said Johnson will be OK, but he still needs to be evaluated, according to ESPN.
Johnson produced four sacks and 27 tackles in 14 games last season. He signed a four year, $14 million deal during the offseason.

Johnson spent the first five years of his career with the Bengals before leaving for the Bucs, last season. He had four sacks and two forced fumbles last year.
Johnson also considered the Vikings. "(Cincinnati) is my home. I feel like outside of Selma, this is my home," he told Chris Tomasson of the St Paul Pioneer Press.

Johnson was considered one of the top free agents of last year's class. With the move, Tampa Bay will remain on the hook for $7 million of his guaranteed money, but will avoid an additional $7 million from becoming guaranteed.
Johnson, 28, started 13 of 14 games played for the Buccaneers. He finished 2014 with 20 tackles and four sacks.
