Panthers' Sergei Bobrovsky: Starting against Nashville
Bobrovsky will defend the home crease against the Predators on Thursday, George Richards of Florida Hockey Now reports.
Bobrovsky has been in a bit of a skid recently, going 0-3-0 with a 4.53 GAA and .831 save percentage over his last three starts. He'll have a favorable matchup as he attempts to get back on track, as the Predators are scoring just 2.62 goals per game this season, which is tied for the fourth-worst mark in the league.

Panthers' Carter Verhaeghe: Rejoins team
Verhaeghe (personal) was on the ice ahead of Thursday's matchup with Nashville, Jameson Olive of the Panthers' official site reports.
Verhaeghe will return following a one-game absence while on paternity leave. Prior to his absence, the 30-year-old forward was in the midst of a hot streak, scoring two goals and four assists in his last three games. Verhaeghe figures to slot into a top-six role and should link up with one of the two power-play units.

Panthers' Sergei Bobrovsky: Third straight loss
Bobrovsky made 26 saves in a 4-1 loss to Toronto on Tuesday.
He allowed three goals. Bob is 10-8-0, but he has lost three straight games, and his .883 save percentage this season is the worst of his career. Still, the Panthers don't need Bobrovsky to be excellent in the regular season -- he has delivered two straight Stanley Cup wins in the last two years. His Hall of Fame credentials carry him on the ice, but Bob is a frustrating fantasy netminder.

Panthers' Sam Reinhart: Second shorthanded goal of season
Reinhart scored the Panthers' only goal in a 4-1 loss to the Maple Leafs on Tuesday.
It was a beautiful shorthanded goal. Reinhart was alone in the slot and waited out Joseph Woll before beating him over the glove. It came in his 800th NHL game. Reinhart has 14 goals, 10 assists and 67 shots in 25 games this season. If you strip out his slow start (eight games; two goals, one assist), Reinhart has 21 points, including 12 goals, in his last 17 games. This was his second shorthanded goal of the season.

Panthers' Carter Verhaeghe: Not playing Tuesday
Verhaeghe (personal) is not in the Panthers' lineup on Tuesday versus the Maple Leafs, Mark Masters of TSN reports.
Verhaeghe's wife is expecting a baby, and he'll be away from the team for at least one game to be with his growing family. Jack Studnicka will draw into the lineup in a bottom-six role, but Mackie Samoskevich and A.J. Greer are likely to get the biggest boosts in ice time.

Panthers' Cole Schwindt: Surfaces on IR
Schwindt (arm) was placed on injured reserve Monday, per the NHL media site.
The Panthers recalled Jack Studnicka in a corresponding move. Schwindt sustained a broken arm in Florida's 8-5 win over Vancouver on Nov. 17 and received a 2-3 month recovery timeline. He has produced two goals, seven shots on net, six blocked shots and nine hits across 10 appearances this season.

Panthers' Sergei Bobrovsky: Drawing home start
Bobrovsky will patrol the home blue paint Tuesday versus Toronto.
Bobrovsky will look to bounce back Tuesday after allowing a total of eight goals on 35 shots (.771 save percentage) in losses to the Oilers and Flyers. The Leafs have alternated wins and losses over their last four games, though they broke out offensively for seven goals in a win over the Penguins on Saturday. Bobrovsky has yet to face Toronto in 2025-26, but he has a 16-9-1 record, 2.66 GAA and .907 save percentage over 27 career regular-season appearances against the Leafs.

Panthers' Jack Studnicka: Summoned from AHL
Studnicka was recalled from AHL Charlotte on Monday.
Studnicka has contributed one goal and five assists in eight minor-league appearances this season. He will be an option for Tuesday's game against Toronto, but it's unclear if he will be in the lineup.

Panthers' Michael Benning: Picks up two helpers in AHL loss
Benning had two assists in AHL Charlotte's 5-3 loss to Toronto on Saturday.
Benning has warmed up with a goal and five assists over his last six games. Still, he's at just nine points in 17 outings this season. He has not taken a step forward from last year's performance of 32 points in 54 regular-season contests. Until he shows more on offense, the undersized defenseman is unlikely to get a call-up to the Panthers.

Panthers' Evan Rodrigues: Nets goal Friday
Rodrigues scored a goal on two shots in Friday's 5-3 loss to the Flames.
Rodrigues continues to chip in steady supporting offense. He's scored four goals and added one assist over his last eight games while playing in a middle-six role. For the season, the 32-year-old forward is at seven goals, 13 points, 54 shots on net, 26 hits and a plus-3 rating through 24 appearances, which includes a spot on the second power-play unit. He's on track to reach the 40-point mark for just the second time in his career.

Panthers' Sam Bennett: Scores in loss
Bennett scored a goal on six shots and added two hits in Friday's 5-3 loss to the Flames.
Bennett has three goals and four assists over his last seven games. The 29-year-old's tally put the Panthers ahead 2-0 early in the first period, but their offense didn't hold up for the rest of the contest. Bennett's recent play has been an improvement, as he's at six goals, 12 points, 53 shots on net, 48 hits, 24 PIM and a minus-3 rating through 24 outings overall.

Panthers' Brad Marchand: Tallies in Friday's loss
Marchand scored a goal on two shots and went minus-2 in Friday's 5-3 loss to the Flames.
Marchand remains nearly automatic this year. He's scored in nine of 13 games during November, and he's been held off the scoresheet only once this month. For the season, the 37-year-old is up to 15 goals, 27 points, 64 shots on net, 18 PIM, 16 hits and a minus-8 rating across 23 appearances in a top-six role.

Panthers' Sam Reinhart: Two points in Friday's loss
Reinhart collected two assists in Friday's 5-3 loss to the Flames.
The veteran winger helped set up tallies by Evan Rodrigues just 54 seconds into the first period and Brad Marchand midway through the third, but Calgary mostly dominated play in between. Reinhart puts a red-hot November in the books with four multi-point performances in the last eight games and eight goals and 17 points in 13 contests on the month.

Panthers' Daniil Tarasov: Falls to Flames on Friday
Tarasov stopped 29 of 33 shots in Friday's 5-3 loss to Calgary, with the Flames' final goal getting scored into an empty net.
Florida jumped out to a 2-0 lead less than three minutes into the first period, but Tarasov had given it back before the first intermission. The 26-year-old netminder allowed more than three goals in an outing for the first time all season, and through eight appearances as Sergei Bobrovsky's understudy, Tarasov has gone 2-4-1 with a 2.67 GAA and a .907 save percentage.

Panthers' Sandis Vilmanis: Puts up three points in AHL win
Vilmanis scored a goal and added two assists in AHL Charlotte's 5-1 win over Toronto on Friday.
Vilmanis ended a seven-game goal drought, a span in which he had just two assists. The Latvian forward is still working on his consistency in his second AHL campaign, but with 10 points and a plus-10 rating over 16 appearances, he's taken a clear step forward. He was limited to nine goals and 27 points in 61 regular-season outings in 2024-25.

Panthers' Vladislav Lukashevich: Slides two helpers in RedHawks' win
Lukashevich notched two assists in Miami University's 4-0 win over the Rochester Institute of Technology on Friday.
With the effort, Lukashevich is up to two goals and 12 helpers through 13 contests for the RedHawks. His transfer over the summer from Michigan State University is paying off, as Lukashevich is getting a chance to play a larger role even though he's with a less prominent program. The Panthers prospect relies on making an impact with speed and offense, though it's unclear what kind of ceiling he'll have in the long run.
