Barcelona is somehow trying to trade a soccer player for a basketball player

Barcelona has had a busy transfer window, buying up stars like defender Samuel Umtiti from Lyon, and Valencia ace Andre Gomes, while numerous players have left like Dani Alves, Marc Bartra and Martin Montoya.
But with plenty of time left in the transfer window, the team doesn't look done making moves.
According to Sport, Barcelona is aiming to move defender Douglas for -- wait for it -- a basketball player. The publication says that basketball team Laboral Kutxa has agreed to a move sending Adam Hanga to Barcelona with Douglas possible going the other way.
Barcelona also has a pro basketball team, one that has featured NBA players like Pau Gasol, and it looks like they are seeing this as a move to boost their basketball team. Still a really strange operation if goes through though, and one like I've never seen before.
But it's OK though, Douglas. At least you won't be traded for soccer balls.
