Little kid with plastic bag Lionel Messi jersey is set to meet his hero
Messi is on the verge of making this kid's year.
Remember that little boy with the Argentina Lionel Messi jersey made out of a plastic bag? Well, it turns out that the little one may be meeting his hero.
The child, 5-year-old Murtaza Ahmadi from Afghanistan, may be meeting the Barcelona star soon, according to the Afghan Football Federation.

"The management of the Afghan Football Federation has received emails from Lionel Messi and FC Barcelona regarding the meeting," federation spokesman Syed Ali Kazemi told EFE, according to Fox News Latino.
It's not clear as to whether they will meet in Spain or where, but the Iberian nation is the location that makes the most sense, possibly with the kid visiting for a game.
Props to Messi and Barcelona reaching out to the kid and trying to make his year. That's what soccer is all about, making life-lasting memories.
