It's been a rough summer for Lionel Messi, and it looks like he wanted a bit of a change.
The soccer superstar, who lost the Copa America final with Argentina in June, retired from the national team and then was sentenced to 21 months in prison for tax fraud, has changed his hair style according to an Instagram post from his girlfriend, Antonella Roccuzzo.
Take a look.
Shocking, really. Did Messi just go all Justin Bieber and get his hair dyed blonde? I have to feel that some Messi fans hope this is just a joke or some new photo filter.
But on the positive side, at least it looks better than Andres Iniesta's haircut last season.
