Barcelona superstar Neymar is suing a Brazilian court for an information leak concerning his tax evasion case, per ESPN Deportes.
The complaint was filed in the spring following him being ordered to pay over $45 million in back-taxes and fines after his transfer from Santos to Barcelona.
The report says that there is a chance that media obtained access to secret information relating to the case before they were allowed to have access to it. Neymar is now looking for compensation for the alleged information leak.
Barcelona and tax evasion has been a common theme lately. Lionel Messi and Javier Mascherano were both charged with tax fraud.
