Remember the name Murtaza Ahmadi? He was that little boy from Afghanistan who made a Lionel Messi Argentina jersey out of a plastic bag, and it went viral.

Well guess what? He finally met his idol. Barcelona was playing a friendly in Qatar on Tuesday against Al Ahli, and Murtaza was able to make the trip to meet the Argentine star. Take a look.

He even hung out with him pregame. Just look how happy this little man is.

But that wasn't all. He got to walk out onto the field holding Messi's hand. No joke.

Awesome. What a feeling that must be for that little boy to meet his superstar. And props to Messi for taking the time to meet the kid. We saw that Messi sent him a Barcelona jersey a few months back, but nothing compares to this day for little Murtaza.
