Lionel Messi made quite the impact in his return to the Argentina national team. After a brief retirement this summer, the superstar opened the scoring for his nation against Uruguay on Thursday in World Cup qualifying. It came after a fine bit of skill to settle the ball, before shooting on goal and having the ball deflected in.

His magic set up the chance, and his shot looked to be on frame and received a fortunate deflected to find the back of the net. He'll take it, as will his entire country.
