The Old Dominion Monarchs are staying on the road Saturday to face off against the North Texas Mean Green at 6 p.m. ET Jan. 22 at The Super Pit. North Texas should still be riding high after a win, while the Monarchs will be looking to right the ship.

Old Dominion came up short against the Rice Owls on Thursday, falling 77-69. Four players on Old Dominion scored in the double digits: guard C.J. Keyser (21), forward Austin Trice (18), forward Kalu Ezikpe (11), and guard Jaylin Hunter (10).

Meanwhile, the Charlotte 49ers typically have all the answers at home, but on Thursday North Texas proved too difficult a challenge. North Texas captured a comfortable 65-51 victory. The top scorers for the Mean Green were guard Tylor Perry (17 points) and guard Mardrez McBride (15 points).
